~ Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese ~
My all time favourite meal 🍝 What’s yours? 💚
•Add a little oil to a frying pan and add half a chopped onion, fry to soften for a few minutes.
•Add to the pan two cloves of crushed garlic and one diced carrot.
•Add a handful of sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
•To the pan add your plant based mince – I used tescofood frozen meat free mince – cook for 10/15 minutes.
•Now time for your sauce – I used:
One tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of tomato puree
1 tbsp of heinz_uk tomato ketchup
1 tbsp of hendersonsrelish
1 oxo no beef cube mixed with 200ml of water
1 tsp of chopped coriander
Salt & pepper
•Simmer and cook your spaghetti according to the packets instructions.
•Serve and top with lidlgb parmesan
