Vegan Pasta Bolognese ~

I often rely on stock to pack extra flavour into my family meals, and they’ve just got healthier thanks to knorruk πŸ’š

Knorr is encouraging families to dish up delicious and meat-free meals using zero salt with their new Zero Salt Stock Cubes. Creating a delicious and flavourful meal has never been easier with this new range, which consist of veggie, beef and free-range chicken. They’re packed full of flavour and deliver the same delicious taste as usual stock cubes, but contain zero salt!

Recipe:

πŸƒ Knorr Zero Salt Veggie stock cube

πŸƒ Meat free mince

πŸƒ One tin of chopped tomatoes

πŸƒ Half a chopped onion

πŸƒ Two crushed garlic cloves

πŸƒ One chopped carrot

πŸƒ Pasta

Simply add the chopped onion, diced carrot and garlic to a pan and fry for 5/10 minutes.

Add your choice of meat-free mince and cook according to the packs instructions.

Once that’s cooked, add in your chopped tomatoes and crumble in your Knorr Zero Salt Veggie Stock cube. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15/20 minutes.

Whilst that is simmering, cook some pasta according to the packs instructions.

Dish up and enjoy! 🌱

You can find the range at your local supermarket today! Available from Tesco – RRP: Β£1.49.
