~ Vegan Creamy ‘Beef’ Farfalle ~
Whoooaaaa what a delicious comfort meal this was! Such a creamy tomato based sauce – this is sure to please any family 💚

•Add a little oil in a pan and fry some plant based mince – I used meatlessfarm mince. Once browned, pop to the side.
• In the same pan add 2 tbsp of plant based butter – I used vitalite
•Once melted, add half a chopped onion and 3 crushed gloves of garlic, cook for a few minutes.
•Add to the pan 2 tbsp of plain flour, stir to combine.
•Pour in 250ml of no beef oxouk cube and stir.
•Once that’s combined add in 430g of passata – I used sainsburys taste the difference soffrito passata and 1/4 tin of coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
•Add to the pan around 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and salt & pepper. Simmer for 5/10 minutes.
•Cook pasta according to the packets instructions.
•Once pasta is cooked, add that to the sauce alongside the mince.
•Stir in a good handful of grated cheeze – i used violife_foods mature and a tbsp of oatly oat fraiche
•Stir and dish up!
