Turning frozen chik’n nuggets into a delicious family meal. You’re going to want to hit save on this one ⭐️
Most people have some nugs in their freezer and rather than making the normal nuggets, chips and beans; I created this – ‘honey’ garlic glazed nuggets by swapping the honey for maple syrup. It tasted exactly, if not better than how I remember 💚
•Chik’n nuggets – I used this.uk and they were AMAZING
•2 tsp of garlic
•1/2 cup maple syrup
•Juice of 1/2 a lemon
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with some water
Simply cook the nuggets according to the packets instructions. I fried mine in a little oil.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and heat until simmering.
Once the nuggets are cooked, pour most of the sauce into the pan and simmer for a few more minutes to get it nice and sticky coating the nuggets well.
Dish up and pour the remaining sauce all over.
I served mine with rice and broccoli.
