~Spicy BBQ Cauliflower With Quinoa Salad~
Lunch with a spicy kick 🌶

•Pop the oven on 180 (fan)
•Chop one small cauliflower into florets and give a good soak and clean.
•Pop some oil in to a jug and add 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander and some salt. Mix well.
•Pour the oil and spices over the cauliflower and make sure they are all coated.
•Pop the cauliflower onto a baking tray and in the oven for 15 minutes.
•Start cooking your quinoa according to the packets instructions.
•Once the cauliflower times up, take out the oven, cool for a couple of minutes and pour over some BBQ sauce and sriracha_fg sriracha sauce.
•Pop back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
•Prepare all your chosen salad bits.
•Pop your cooked quinoa in a bowl, top with your chosen salad and then your delicious cauliflower.
•I then poured some aldiuk vegan Caesar dressing and more sriracha_fg sriracha sauce on top.
