•Spaghetti Meatballs With A Cheezy Sauce•

Does anyone else think about their dinner all day?!?!

Vegan meatballs drowning in a cheezy sauce. This meal has been on my mind all day long!! 💚

I was really hoping there would be leftovers to shove it in a pie for national pie week, but no such luck, it was inhaled within minutes!

Here’s how I made it. Super easy and ohhhhh so yum. Please hit save ⭐️ and as always, tag me in if you make it so I can share your creation 💚

Meatballs:

🍃 birdseyeuk green cuisine meatballs
🍃 1/2 an onion – chopped
🍃 2 garlic cloves – crushed
🍃 1tsp paprika
🍃 2 roasted red peppers from jar – chopped
🍃 1 tin chopped tomatoes
🍃 Squirt of ketchup
🍃 1 tbsp tomato purée
🍃 Italian herbs
🍃 Salt and pepper
🍃 Spaghetti

Cheezy sauce:

🍃 80g violife_foods cheeze
🍃 80ml plant based milk – I used oat
🍃 1 tbsp nooch
🍃 Chives
🍃 1 tsp mustard

•Pop the onion and garlic in a pan and fry for 5 minutes
•Add in the paprika and give it a good mix
•Next add in the diced peppers and fry for a few more minutes.
•To the pan add the meatballs and fry for 10-15 minutes until cooked through
•Add one tin of tomatoes, tomato purée, ketchup, Italian herbs and seasoning.
•Bring to a gentle simmer
•Meanwhile Cook your spaghetti according to the packs instructions
•Whilst that’s all cooking, make your cheeze sauce.
•Simply grate the cheeze into a pan alongside the milk, nooch, chives and mustard. Stir over a gentle heat until the desired consistency. Add more milk if needed.
•Pop your spaghetti on a plate, add your meatballs and sauce and drizzle over your cheeze sauce.
•Enjoy!
