Who’s loving the look of this mock tuna made from jackfruit!? 🌱
When I saw this on millievegan page – I had to give it a go as I love my chickpea chuna and this was well lush 💚
Here’s how I made mine v v (check out millievegan for the original) – please come and hit save ⭐️ and let me know what you think – Gem 💎
•Drain the jackfruit and squeeze as much water out as you can.
•Either with fingers or a fork, tear up the pieces of jackfruit.
•Add in a good dollop of hellmannsuk vegan mayo, a little schwartz.uk lemon & dill fish seasoning, salt and pepper, a little nooch, a sprinkling of garlic and onion powder, a little soy sauce and sweetcorn.
•I added this to a baked sourdough baguette with red onion, tomato and violife_foods cheeze topped with a little more hellmannsuk vegan mayo!
