~ Easter Sunday Vegan Breakfast ~
Are you starting your day off with a breakfast or chocolate (or both like me 😉)?
Experimenting with tempeh again – I love scrambled tempeh, it’s definitely my new favourite 💚
Here’s the recipe ⭐️
For my scrambled tempeh:
•Melt a Tbsp of plant based butter in a pan
the pan half a diced onion
•Crumble the tempeh into small pieces and add to pan – fry for 5/10 minutes (I used 1/4 of a block)
•Add 1/4 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp paprika and a pinch of black salt – fry for a further 5 minutes
•Add some spinach and spring onion to the pan for a few more minutes.
