~ Creamy Mushroom Pasta ~

Question : Are you a mushroom lover or hater?

I love them, and when they are β€˜on the turn’, I love blending them into a delicious, creamy pasta sauce πŸ’š

πŸƒ80g cashews – soaked
πŸƒ 150ml of oat mylk
πŸƒ 1tbsp of nooch
πŸƒ 1/2 tsp of garlic and onion powder
πŸƒ 1/2 tub of mushrooms – chopped
πŸƒ Salt & Pepper
πŸƒ Pasta

Simply soak the cashews in boiling water for 20/30 minutes.
Whilst they are soaking, cook your mushrooms in a frying pan until soft and your chosen pasta.
Drain and add your cashews to a blender along with the oat mylk, nooch, garlic and onion powder and your cooked mushrooms.
Mix your creamy pasta sauce with some pasta, season with salt and pepper and enjoy πŸ’š (if your sauce is a little thick, simply use some pasta water)

*I used the ninjakitchenuk blender and topped with roasted tomatoes
