🍃 MEXICAN HOT & SOUR SOUP – A broth packed with flavour with crushed nachos, chipotle and tomatoes.
🍃 CHARRED BRASSICAS – Purple sprouting broccoli, cavolo nero with pink peppercorn and bulgar wheat.
🍃 BOMBAY POTATOES – Puffed rice, turmeric, coronation coleslaw and fennel seeds.
🍃 PEANUT HUMMUS – Spiced chickpeas with celery.
🍃 HOISIN AUBERGINE – Buckwheat noodles with roasted shiitake topped with a five spice onion.
🍃 BUCATINI GRATIN – Roasted squash with arran mustard and a pumpkin seed pesto.
